NEW DELHI: PM Narendra Modi on Monday asked young diplomats to showcase India’s civilisational, cultural and geographical strengths to make it a more attractive global tourism destination.Talking to officer trainees of the 2025 batch of Indian Foreign Service, he asked them to serve as catalytic agents for the country’s economic engagement with the world.Stressing the importance of strengthening the digital presence of missions, he said a website is often the first gateway through which people interact with an institution and suggested leveraging the “Bharat ko Janiye” Quiz to generate greater interest in India among young people across the world and encouraged the use of AI to make initiatives engaging.
