Rashmika Mandanna will be seen in an action packed thriller role in the upcoming film ‘Mysaa’. Directed by Rawindra Pulle, the makers have unveiled the release date of the film today. The makers also shared a special message about Rashmika’s character in the movie.
Release of Rashmika’s ‘Mysaa’
The makers officially announced that the film is set to hit the big screens worldwide on November 27, 2026.The production house took to its X handle to share the poster and wrote, “Resilient by nature. Fearless by choice. Unbreakable by spirit. Get ready to experience the world of #MYSAA with #RashmikaMandanna like never before. IN CINEMAS WORLDWIDE ON 27.11.26.”
Rashmika Mandanna’s role in ‘Mysaa’
Speaking about Rashmika Mandanna role in the film, she will be seen in a completely different role in Mysaa. She plays a tribal Gond girl in the film. Her character is said to have both emotional and physical challenges.The film also stars Eshwari Rao, Guru Somasundaram and Rao Ramesh in important roles.
Underwater fight sequence in ‘Mysaa’
Interestingly, ‘Mysaa’ will have an underwater fight sequence featuring Rashmika. The actress completed what the makers are calling India’s first female-led underwater fight sequence before she suffered an injury.
Rashmika Mandanna suffered injury while filmming
Rashmika Mandanna recently revealed that she is preparing to return to work after suffering a hip injury. She had earlier said that she suffered a tendon detachment in her right hip while shooting for ‘Mysaa’. The actress also called it her third injury in a row.“Injuries suck.. and I was really hoping that no one will get to know…It happened awhile ago ya and this is my 3rd injury back to back.. I should definitely learn to treat my body like a human body and not some machine..” she wrote.A few days ago, Rashmika also shared pictures from her time away from work and said that she would soon return to shooting. “I am getting back to work soon and I am definitely going to miss all of this,” she wrote.The ‘Cocktail 2’ actress further suggested that ‘Mysaa’ is one of the most aggressive films she has worked on.
