Anne Hathaway, who has been on a career high with back-to-back film releases this year, also hit a personal high when she revealed that she is pregnant with her third child. The actress who is currently promoting her latest release ‘The End of Oak Street’, revealed in her latest chat, that she and husband Adam Shulman will not be sharing the gender of their baby.

While on Jimmy Kimmel Live! guest host Anthony Anderson attempted to guess the sex of her third child. “I consider myself to be a baby whisperer. Now, this is my first time seeing you pregnant and what not. It looks like it’s a boy. Am I correct, or you’re waiting?” Anderson asked.Hathaway smiled and replied, “We know [but] we’re not saying.”The actress was pleasantly surprised by the studio audience’s cheers at her response. Reacting to their cheers, she said, “Thank you for the support. It always feels so rude saying that,” she said, explaining that she “feels bad” whenever people ask about the baby’s sex and she declines to reveal it.

The baby will be Hathaway and Shulman’s third child. The couple are already parents to sons Jonathan, 10, and Jack, 6. Opening up about her children’s reactions to the little one arriving soon, Anne said, “They’re over the moon. It feels really beautiful. It feels like the family’s having a baby. I mean, it’ll feel like I’m having a baby while it’s happening, but the emotional feeling is that we’re all going to welcome this little one.“

Hathaway has been proudly showing off her pregnancy bump during recent public appearances. She made the paparazzi click-happy when she attended the premiere of ‘The End of Oak Street’ in a cropped flowing top and low-slung jeans. Amid chatter that the actress was wearing a ‘fake bump’, she hit back with a post that read, “Fake hair, real bump. Enjoy The @endofoakstreet Block Party chaos with me as my outfit literally melts in the heat!!”

‘The End of Oak Street’ is scheduled to release in theatres in India on Friday, 14 August 2026. The film will reportedly release in IMAX and will have a wide release in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.The release of ‘The End of Oak Street’ comes after Hathaway’s long list of film releases, including ‘Mother Mary’, ‘The Devil Wears Prada 2’ and ‘The Odyssey’. She also has the upcoming adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s novel ‘Verity’.
