Soldier found dead at Jammu Army camp
NEW DELHI: A 45-year-old Army soldier was found hanging in a shed at the Sunjwan camp in Jammu on Sunday, news agency PTI reported citing officials.The deceased was identified as Naik Wagh Ambades, a resident of Maharashtra. Officials said he allegedly died by suicide.The reason behind the alleged suicide was not immediately known. Police have initiated inquest proceedings to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the death.His body was taken to Government Medical College Hospital in Jammu for postmortem and other legal procedures.
