NEW DELHI: Congress leader Basavaraj Horatti on Friday tendered his resignation as Chairman of the Karnataka Legislative Council.Asked about the reason behind his decision, Horatti said, “I was asked to resign, so I tendered my resignation.”“I don’t know why they (the Congress government) asked me to resign,” he added.
