Filmmaker Rohit Shetty has officially announced the next chapter of his popular comedy franchise Golmaal on his birthday. The director announced the film with a hilarious first look video of sort. Titled Golmaal 5, the film will feature the return of several familiar faces while also welcoming a new addition – Akshay Kumar.On Saturday, Rohit shared a special announcement video revealing that filming for the fifth part of the series has begun. Reflecting on the franchise’s journey, the director expressed gratitude to audiences who have supported the films for nearly two decades.“20 years ago, the first Golmaal was released, a film that changed my life. The excitement grows when Akshay Kumar suddenly appears, surprising everyone in the clip.
